About the Instructor
Elizabeth Donahue, RD, LDN is a Florida-based registered dietitian and the founder of Rebel Nutrition, a telehealth-first private practice licensed across multiple states. She primarily sees patients through the Nourish platform, specializing in weight management, medical nutrition therapy, women's health and general wellness. In addition to her clinical work, Elizabeth has recently expanded into the AI and technology space, taking on consulting work at the intersection of dietetics and emerging technology. She built this course because the one she wanted didn't exist — and because she believes registered dietitians belong at the table where these tools are being designed. Elizabeth is based in Florida and has been a practicing dietitian since 2012.
